Pay for the work.
Keep the rest.
The support you want from the person at the next desk, with hours that reflect the work your AI assistant actually does.
Free while
we build.
Get your own AI assistant and help shape what comes next. No card needed during private beta.
Only working time counts.
Calls, conversations, inbox sorting, and drafts count toward your AI assistant’s hours. Time spent idle doesn’t.
Your hours, in view.
Each desk tracks its own usage. See where the time went across calls, chat, and email.
Launch pricing is still to come.
We haven’t announced prices. The private beta is free, and beta desks don’t pause for running out of hours.
A little clarity
goes a long way.
What counts as work?
The time your AI assistant spends handling calls, chatting with you, sorting mail, and drafting replies. Email work is counted using time allowances for reading and drafting. Your usage view shows where the hours went.
What about a call after I’ve been connected?
Call minutes without the AI assistant on the line count at a quarter of the time. Your usage view shows the call duration and the counted hours.
Can my company cover everyone’s hours?
Yes. An organization can provide a desk to each employee and pay for the hours across those desks. Each person has their own AI assistant, number, phone sheet, tasks, and calendar.
What happens when paid hours run out?
Outside beta, the desk pauses until hours are added. Callers hear that the line cannot take calls, and calling, chat, and email work wait. Adding hours starts the desk again. Beta desks never pause for hours.
