“Dana is calling about the revised offer. Would you like me to put her through?”

And all the details
a good AI assistant remembers.

Your greeting. Your number.

Your AI assistant answers with your saved greeting, asks who is calling, their company, and what it’s about. Outbound calls show your desk’s number.

Your important people get through.

Mark a contact “Always put through” to skip screening. Block numbers you don’t want to hear from.

No answer? It takes word.

If you decline or don’t pick up, your AI assistant takes a message and puts the next step on your phone sheet.

Voicemail doesn’t end the job.

On outbound calls, your AI assistant can leave word in your name and redial later.

A phone sheet that writes itself.

One line per person, with their calls, notes, transcripts, and next step together. “To call,” “Left word,” and “Spoke” show whose move it is.

The urgent calls go first.

Mark a call urgent to move it to the front of your sheet and jump the dial queue.

Call direct when you want to.

Place a plain call through the app’s microphone with your AI assistant off the line. No recording in direct-call mode.

Screen out the interruptions.

Your AI assistant hangs up on robocalls and recorded menus, declines sales pitches, and marks suspected spam on your sheet.

Remember what was said.

Open a person’s line for notes and transcripts. Ask about older calls: “What did Dana want last week?”

Recording is your choice.

Your AI assistant’s conversations are transcribed. Your connected conversation is recorded only when the recording switch is on and the caller agrees.

02 / The inbox

Less inbox.
More headspace.

Your AI assistant finds the email that needs your attention and gets the reply ready. You keep the final say.

Marcus ChenRe: Thursday lunch
Needs your eye

Thursday at one works for me. Does that still work on your end?

You approve every send. Always.
“Any word
from Marcus?”

Ask by voice or chat. Your AI assistant can search your mail, read it to you, and draft what you want to say.

  • Surface what matters. Real replies and your standing rules get attention. Receipts and newsletters stay out of the way.
  • Teach it your priorities. “Anything from the Hendricks office is urgent.” Tell it once.
  • Reply in your own name. Use Gmail or a work address you send as, with your signature.
  • Keep control. Approve with a click, or say yes after it reads the entire draft back to you.

03 / Calendar & tasks

Change of plans?
Just say it.

Your calendar and to-dos should keep up with your day. Say what changed, and your AI assistant handles the update.

“Move my three
o’clock to four.”

No digging through a calendar between meetings. Talk to your AI assistant while you’re getting on with your day.

  • Your Google Calendar, both ways. See your events and have your AI assistant create or change them.
  • Tasks without the form. “Remind me to review the offer.” Add, change, or complete a to-do by voice or chat.
  • Know what’s still open. Ask for your outstanding work and the calls your AI assistant is handling.
  • Make the next thing urgent. Prioritize a task or move an important call to the front of the queue.

04 / Contacts & memory

Less explaining.
More understood.

Your people. Your preferences. The history behind the next conversation. It shouldn’t all have to live in your head.

“Always put Marcus through.”
Sam · Your AI assistant

Got it. Marcus will reach you without screening.

Illustrative conversation

  • Tell it once. Keep moving. Your AI assistant remembers standing instructions and how you like things done.
  • Pick up where you left off. “Did I ever hear back from the studio?” Ask about past calls and older days.
  • Your people, already there. Import Google Contacts or a file. Save a new contact by voice or chat.
  • Personal stays personal. Your contacts follow you between organizations. The office list stays with the office.

The person at the next desk

You know the people who get the most done? They have someone keeping the day together. Now you can, too.

More room for the work
only you can do.

Less of the back-and-forth. More of the bigger picture.
02 / Make it yours

Your line.
Your people.
Your way of working.

Give your AI assistant a name, a voice, and a little personality. Tell it who always gets through and how you like things done. It remembers.

Call it between meetings. Speak to it at your desk. Type when you’re somewhere quiet. Same AI assistant. Same context.

Hand off the work.
Keep the final say.

A good AI assistant knows where to step in, and where to ask you.

Read The Ground Rules

It drafts. You send.

No email goes out without your click, or your spoken yes after the draft is read back to you.

You decide who gets through.

Hear who’s calling and why, privately. Say yes to connect, or let your AI assistant take word.

Your inbox stays yours.

Teammates can’t read your mailbox. Deskcovered keeps short summaries of flagged mail, not the message bodies.

Your Google tools. Your permission.

Connect Gmail for inbox watching and approved replies, Google Calendar to view and change events, and Google Contacts to import your people. Each connection asks you first, and you can disconnect any of them from Settings. Read the privacy policy.

For the whole office

A better first day.
At every desk.

Give each person their own AI assistant from day one. One organization brings the desks, people, and billing together.

A few things you might ask

Good questions.
Straight answers.

No mystery. Here’s how it works.

Browse The Knowledge Base
Is this just an answering service?

Deskcovered is built around you, with your own AI assistant and number. It answers and places calls, tracks who owes whom a call, and works with your email, calendar, contacts, and tasks. The context stays together.

What happens when someone calls me?

Your AI assistant asks who is calling and what it’s about, then tries to reach you privately. You hear the context and decide whether to connect. If you’re unavailable, it takes word and updates your phone sheet.

What does it cost?

The private beta is free, with no card needed. At launch, hours will reflect the work your AI assistant performs. Idle time isn’t billed. Prices haven’t been announced yet.

See How Hours Work

Will it send email without asking me?

No. Every email needs your approval: a click, or a spoken yes after your AI assistant reads the draft back word for word. It never sends automatic replies.

Can I use it on my phone?

You can call your desk number from your own phone, or use voice and chat in the app. An iPhone app is available in TestFlight beta. Texting your AI assistant is awaiting carrier approval; an Android app is not available.

What does it connect to today?

Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Contacts. Outlook, Slack, CRM connections, and web research aren’t available today. The knowledge base explains the current capabilities and limits.
